You will have seen the launch of the university-wide Employee Assistance Programme though Health Assured, offering services including counselling, guidance on personal, financial and legal matters, and managerial support to all University employees, your partners and dependants. As a result of this development, we’ve decided not to repeat the same service locally and our contract with Validium / Health Hero will cease at the end of October. If you are currently receiving support from Validium / Health Hero, please be reassured that this can continue until the end of October.
All referrals should be made to Health Assured from now on – via the free confidential helpline available 24/7, 365 days a year (0800 028 0199), the online portal or the My Healthy Advantage app.
