The University of Oxford and Oxford Ellison Institute of Technology are delighted to launch the new EIT Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in Fundamentals of AI.
The EIT CDT in Fundamentals of AI will undertake foundational research in the underpinning theory and method development of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning that have the potential to have a transformative impact across a range of humane themes associated with the Ellison Institute of Technology (EIT). EIT themes range across health and medical science; food security and sustainable agriculture; climate change and clean energy; and government innovation and an era of artificial intelligence.
The CDT will have full funding available for up to 20 home and overseas candidates per year. Admissions are now open for entry to the programme in September 2025. Please see https://www.eitcdt.ox.ac.uk/ for further information.
Virtual Open Days will be held on 9th December from 12PM to 1.00PM (UK Time) and 12th December from 10 to 11 AM (UK Time).
