Patrick was awarded the Prize by Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) in recognition of outstanding contributions to the numerical solution of differential equations and numerical methods for scientific computing.
PS: they are running a year behind on the prize because of the Pandemic, hence 2025.
