Marjorie Watts (pictured) and Nicholas Lai have won best poster awards at the 14th European Conference on Mathematical & Theoretical Biology held in Graz earlier in the month.
Marjorie's poster was titled Accurate noise models and their impact on parameter inference for mathematical models of collective cell behaviours and was co-authored with Carlos Falco and Ruth Baker; while Nicholas's was Integrating spatial statistics and agent-based modelling to study tertiary lymphoid structures in cancer and was co-authored with Helen Byrne and Joshua Bull.
