Further details

I develop algorithms for the time-parallel numerical integration of chaotic differential equations, for applications in tokamak physics. As such, my work is set at the interface between numerical analysis, nonlinear optimisation and high-performance computing. I'm supervised by Prof Raphael Hauser from the Mathematical Institute and Dr Debasmita Samaddar from the Culham Centre for Fusion Energy (CCFE), the UK's national laboratory for fusion research. For further details, go to https://people.maths.ox.ac.uk/antonucci.
