I am a second year DPhil student supervised by Prof. Helen Byrne and Prof. Simon Leedham. My current research focuses on spatial biology, a field that analyses the structural properties of biological data. In particular I work on combining tools from network science and topological data analysis to enhance the classification of colorectal tumour differentiation.
