Setting Up Intercollegiate Class Sessions in Moodle
Go to the Courses site and make sure you are logged in - click "Log in with SSO" in the top right corner if not.
Navigate to the course - e.g. using the list on the homepage.
Under "Intercollegiate Classes", click "Class Attendance".
Click the "Add session" button.
Select the appropriate class from the list of Groups.
Set the Date and start/end Time of the class.
To add multiple sessions at once, expand Multiple sessions and set the repetition rules - e.g. Repeat on Tuesday every 2 weeks until 28 November.
Click the "Add" button.

If the Class Attendance activity is missing for any reason, please contact IT Support.
The Description field can generally be left blank, but you may choose to enter the location (e.g. C1) or other information if desired.
While you can create Multiple sessions at once, you cannot edit them as a related series - you can only edit the individual sessions. Alternatively, you could delete and recreate the sessions.
The Student recording section can be ignored - we are not using that feature.
