Restoring Files

I accidentally deleted some files. Can I get them back?

If the files were in your home directory or your webspace, there is a good chance that they have been backed up to tape.

To ask for your files to be restored from backup, please e-mail @email - try to include the following details:

1. What were the filenames, and which directories were they in? (e.g, ~bloggs/mydir/my*.*)
2. What time were they removed? (e.g, Tuesday 30th April 1998, 11:40 am)
3. Roughly what time were they created? (e.g, around Monday 29th April 1998, 3pm)
